The course of the duct (15) is in the shape of an M with a fan (16) in the centre, and external (17) and internal (18) baffles to deaden sound vibrations. The duct runs right through the window frame head (10), and the fan is fitted with a slow running motor with noise suppressor. The fan and duct are a complete unit (14) inserted in the frame (10). An electric heater (19) is fitted in the duct to heat incoming air up to room temperature. USE/ADVANTAGE - Room ventilator with air duct to outside avoids necessity for opening window for ventilation and thereby excludes outside noises.
