PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of necessary parts and to reduce cost by regulat ing the movable range of the focus direction/tracking direction of a lens holder with a single stopper member. SOLUTION: When a lens holder 20 moves to the floating direction of a focus, the coil holding part 22 of the lens holder 20 abuts on the upper part 61 of a stopper member 60 and it regulates the movable range of the floating direction of the focus. When the holder moves to the tracking direction, the coil holding part 22 of the lens holder 20 and the side parts 62a and 62 of the stopper member 60 are abutted and the movable range of the tracking direction is regulated. When the holder moves to the focus direction and the tracking direction, the recessed part of the lens holder 20 abuts on the stopper member 60 by inserting the stopper member 60 into the recessed part of the lens holder 20. Thus, the movable range of the focus direction and the tracking direction can be regulated.
