1. A device for flashless forging of lid and ring shapes particularly rings of a synchronizer equipped with a punch and a die block with an impression and a shedder, characterised in that it is equipped with a ring compensator (1) in the shape of a sleeve mounted coaxially on the punch (7) and having an interior washer face (2) on the side (3) of the opening (4) and an exterior washer face (5) creating a ring flange (6) on one of butting faces (13) of the ring compensator (1), where the punch (7) on the cylindrical face (8) has a limiting neck (9) of diameter slightly lesser than the diameter of the lesser opening (10) of the ring compensator (1), however, the outer diameter of the cylindrical face (8) of the punch (7) is slightly lesser than the diameter of the greater opening (4) constituting a guide for the ring compensator (1), and the total height of the ring compensator (1) being a distance between its butting faces (13) is significantly lesser than the height of the punch (7), which height is measured from the plane of resistance plate (11) to the surface of the punch face (12), also the ring flange (6), contained with a slight loose in the ring slot (14), of the ring compensator (1) has the height lesser than the height of the die block impression (15), whereas the butting face (13) of the ring flange (6) is located on the surface line of the punch (12) face, and the width of the ring slot (14) is equal with the thickness of the side of forging, and the total depth of the die block impression (15) is greater than the total height of the forging.<IMAGE>
