PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide interface consistency detecting method and device capable of preventing a failure from occurring due to the mismatching of interfaces. SOLUTION: Interface ID(identifier) information corresponding to at least one interface specification used by a module and interface version information are attached to plural modules which are mutually linked and operate as one program, the interface ID information owned by each of the plural modules is compared (step S402), when the compared interface ID information coincide, the interface version information is compared (step S402), and when the compared interface version information do not coincide (step S403), and interface mismatching between the modules is notified (step S405).
