PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a lenticular lens sheet and its method which does not cause the deterioration of peripheral luminance and transmissivity (luminance) even in the case that the observation side of a Fresnel lens sheet constituting a transmission type screen together with a lenticular lens sheet is designed as a condensing system and in the case that a dispersing agent is incorporated in the Fresnel lens sheet. SOLUTION: After an exposure light beam emitted by an exposure device 14 is inclined in the width direction of a film base material 21 through each lens component 17a of a rear Fresnel lens sheet 17, a resist layer formed on the surface of the film base material 21 on a light-outgoing side through each light entering lens 22 provided on the light-entering side of the film base material 21. Thus, a black stripe is formed at an area other than the condensing area of each light-entering lens 22 out of the surface of the film base material 21 on the light-outgoing side. Also, the rear Fresnel lens sheet 17 may be constituted so that a light-emitting angle is made different between lens components 17a mutually adjacent.
