<p>For the heat treatment of fine grain material, especially for mfg. cement clinker, used tyres (24) are burned in a cylindrical kiln (18) with excess oxygen. After the tyres have been burned, the oxygen content in the kiln exhaust gas (27) is burned in an additional burning stage (28) together with additional fuel (29) of any type to increase the deg. of calcination in the material.</p> |
