The object of the present invention is to solve the waste disposal problem of construction waste, and at the same time offering a method to effectively use the resource included in construction waste and a method to gain a regenerative aggregate of fine quality with small amount of adhering mortar. The method of regenerating aggregate from construction waste is comprised of a first crushing step (5) where concrete block (1) is crushed by compression, a second crushing step (7) where first crushed concrete block (11) gained by the first crushing process is crushed by grinding under high density and high pressure, and a step (8) and (9) where reprocessing aggregate mixture gained by the second crushing step is screened.
