<p>The invention relates to a casing for an air blower, including a first casing element (10) and a second casing element (12) capable of being joined to one another in order to constitute an air inlet duct (14), an outer casing (18, 40) for housing a motorised fan unit (64) and an air outlet duct (26, 38). The second casing element (12) includes a first fixed part (38) capable of being joined to the first casing element (10) and a second movable part (40) joined by an articulation (42) to the first fixed part and capable of pivoting between a closed position in which this second part (40) is adjacent to the first casing element (10) in order to form together with it the outer casing of the motorised fan unit, and an open position in which this second part (40) is moved away from the first casing element (10) in order to allow access to the motorised fan unit.
