PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an electrode/film junction high in performance, by producing two films where ion exchange films are formed by coating electrode layers formed on support bodies with coating liquid containing an ion exchange resin, and inter-joining the ion exchange films toward insides separating two support bodies from the electrode layers. SOLUTION: Preferably, an electrode layer is formed by coating a support body with coating liquid containing a catalyst and an ion exchange resin and drying them, two films are inter-joined with hot rolling, or at least one of two films is coated with the coating liquid containing the ion exchange resin as an adhesive after formation of the ion exchange film and joined to the other film before drying of the coating liquid. As the ion exchange resin constituting the ion exchange film and the ion exchange resin contained in an electrode layer, fluorine-based or non-fluorine-based exchange resin is used, and one kind of ion exchange resin or mixture of two or more kinds of ion exchange resins can be used. |
