SOLUTION: A standard solution containing a specified substance and a sensitivity suppressor of different concentration from each other is prepared, and each standard solution is measured using a first molecular film having the responsiveness to the specified substance and a second molecular film having the responsiveness to the sensitivity suppressor. The data to indicate the relationship between the sensitivity of the first molecular film to the specified substance and concentration of the sensitivity suppressor, and the data to indicate the relationship between the measured value of the second molecular film and the concentration of the sensitivity suppressor are obtained. The solution to be measured is measured using the first and second molecular films to obtain the concentration of the specified substance in the solution to be measured from the data and the measured value to indicate the relationship between the sensitivity, the measured value and the concentration of the solution to be measured. A probe 22 of a measuring device 20 has a reference electrode 23, a first molecular film 25a and a second molecular film 25b.
