A circuit for obtaining modulated signal FFSK, also PSK, consisting of a procoder of input data, cooperating with a filtering system and a frequency divider, characterised in that at the input (we) of data transmitted in the system of modulation FFSK, also PSK, has the procoder (PK), whose output is connected to the first input of a logic circuit (WL) EXCLUSIVELY OR, having the second input controlled from the generator (G) circuit of working frequency commensurate with the bit modulation speed (fc), however, output of the logic circuit (WL) is connected to the input of low-pass filter (FDP) with output (wy) constituting the circuit output.<IMAGE>
