FLYING SCRAPER PIG

oil and producing industry; applicable in production of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons for cleaning of internal spaces of tubings from paraffin-hydrate accumulations by ascending flow of liquid or gas. SUBSTANCE: flying scraper pig consists of two parts. Upper part is body with through axial channel and circular channels on its outer surface. Axial channel of upper part of flying scraper pig gas thread for installation of changeable nozzles with different diameters of through holes for regulation of upper part fall velocity in tubings with ascending flow of gas-liquid mixture. Circular channels are not communicated with one another. Lower part is made in form of bushing and has side channels made at definite angle to element of side surface and producing torque when liquid passes through them. Total area of flow section of these channels is always larger than flow section of axial channel of upper part. Lower part is separated from upper part in extreme upper position and more quickly drops in tubings with ascending flow of gas- liquid mixture. When lower part rotates, edges of its side channels fulfil role of cutter to clean from various accumulations of internal space of tubings by flying scraper-pig moving upward-downward. EFFECT: higher efficiency of producing wells due to automatic cleaning of tubings internal spaces during their operation. 2 dwg
