Roll is obtained by coating of baked biscuit sheets with fillings with subsequent forming them in shape of multi-layer roll. Then roll is laid out in vessel, cooled down till it is solidified and cut to round portions. Upper layer of laid-out pieces of roll is decorated with jelly.
