PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce a space required for rounding and improve processing efficiency in the rounding by sandwiching a bread dough between the surface of a conveyor belt and a cup member by a specific method and conveying the bread dough while rounding the bread dough. CONSTITUTION:Each piece of divided bread dough 3 is initially fed onto a conveyor belt 15 repeating eccentric movement in a plane including a conveying surface and a cup member 6 is then moved parallel at the same conveying speed as that of the belt 15 in straight advance oppositely to the surface of the belt 15 while pressing the afore-mentioned dough 3 with the surface of the conveyor belt 15 and the cup member 6 to round the bread dough. |
