The appts. for medical treatment includes a probe (3) connected via a conductor (2) to a voltage generator (1). The generator delivers a modulated signal (u1) with triangular shape of adjustable amplitude. The probe includes a dielectric slab (4) provided on its top surface with a conducting disc (5). A protective plate (6) is stuck on the slab. The plate supports a threaded cylinder (7) engaged by a nut (8) that holds the extremity of a handle (9). The opposite surface of the slab has a polarising film (10).
