The compositions can be used for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. As active ingredient optionally N-(1-phenyl-isopropyl)-N-methyl-propinylamine or N-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-isoprop-1-yl-N-methyl-propinylamine or their salts, optically active isomers or metabolites are used both as MAO inhibitor and as uptake inhibitor. |
