PURPOSE:To provide a fluid sealed type vibration proof device equipped with a drive means that can apply large excitation force stably to a vibration plate for controlling the internal pressure of a fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic passage having an annular gap portion 62 is formed by connecting the 1st and 2nd yokes 54, 56, 60 to a permanet magnet 50 arranged behind a vibration plate 27 constituting part of the wall portion of a fluid chamber 32, and at the same time a movable coil 68 connected to the vibration plate 27 is provided in the gap portion 62. In the case of the manufacture of the fluid sealing type vibration-proof device in which excitation force is applied to the vibration plate 27 by conducting electrification to the movable coil 68, the permanent magnet 50 that is in the state of being unmagnetized, is used, and the 1st and 2nd yokes 54, 56, 60 are assembled thereto, and then, subjected to a magnetizing process. |
