PURPOSE:To achieve the miniaturization of a product, the enhancement of operability and the simplification of constitution by eliminating the necessity arranging a member to a carrier by arranging a member attaching, detaching and holding an ink jet cartridge with respect to the carrier. CONSTITUTION:A lever 2f for attaching, detaching and holding an ink jet cartridge is attached to a recording head 2a and made tiltable around an attaching shaft 2g. When the ink jet cartridge is mounted on the carrier, the lever is erected in the direction opposite to an ink emitting direction to mount the ink jet cartridge on a carrier 1 in the direction shown by an arrow A so that the attaching shaft 2g is inserted in the guide groove 1c of the carrier. Thereafter, the attaching shaft 2g reaches the bottom part of the guide groove 1c to stop and, at this time, the lever 2f is rotated by 90 deg. in a B-direction to hold the ink jet cartridge on the carrier. |
