PURPOSE:To provide a polyester resin composition suitable for a thermoforming sheet having improved slipperiness and blocking resistance without lowering the transparency and a container made from the sheet. CONSTITUTION:The objective saturated polyester resin composition is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a saturated polyester resin and 0.01-2 pts.wt. of fine silica powder having an average secondary particle diameter of 1-5mum and a specific surface area of 200-500m<2>/g.
