PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition excellent in impact resistance and colorability by blending a polyetherimide with an olefinic copolymer and inorganic pigment followed by the remaining component. CONSTITUTION:A master batch is first prepared by blending (A) a polyetherimide, (B) another resin compatible the component A (e.g. polycarbonate) and (C) an inorganic pigment. Thence, this master batch is blended with (D) an olefin copolymer from an alpha,beta-unsaturated acid glycidyl ester and olefin to obtain the objective composition. The amounts of the respective components are as follows: a total of 100 pts.wt. of 80-99.5wt.% of the component A and 0.5-20wt.% of the component D is incorporated with 1-30 pts.wt. of the component C. |
