PURPOSE:To produce a hollow bag, the wall thickness of the bag part of which is uniform, by a method wherein both opening end parts of flat tubular resin film, which is extruded through a T-die by an extruder, are bonded together. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of resin film 24a and 24b are extruded from two T-dies 10 and 12 in the forms having the thicknesses of the bag parts of a follow bag 30 and, then, formed with respective performing mechanisms 19a and 19b into the half shapes of the hollow bag. From the third T-die 14, two sheets of resin film 24c and 24d having the wall thickness corresponding to the mouth parts of the hollow bag 30 are extruded. By closing molds simultaneously with the pinching of the resin films consisting of the resin forming the bag part and the resin films for the mouth part under the state being piled up together between the molds 18 and 20 and the insertion of a mouth part forming pin 22 in the mouth parts of the molds 18 and 20, the resin films are bonded together in a bag having a mouth part. Since the hollow part 30 is made of the resin films, which are not stretched, the hollow bag having favorable thickness accuracy can be efficiently produced. |
