PURPOSE:To obtain a joining part which is excellent in the mechanical properties such as the strength and bending and to enable joining of steel containing large amounts of Si whose joining has been conventionally difficult. CONSTITUTION:In executing the liquid phase diffusion joining of material to be joined, the joining surfaces of the material to be joined are oxidized, and then, reduced. Then, an insert material made of amosphous metal of the low melting point than that of the material to be joined is inserted between the joining surfaces, and heated to be joined at the temperature higher than the melting point of the insert material and lower than the melting point of the material to be joined while being pressed. Oxidizing and reducing treatments may be executed after the insert material is inserted first. The insert material may also be inserted between the oxidizing treatment and the reducing treatment. |
