Herstellung von 2,4,5-Triamino-6-halogenopyrimidinen I <IMAGE> (X = Halogen) durch katalytische Hydrierung der entsprechenden 5-Nitroverbindung II sowie Herstellung von 2-Amino-6-halogenopurinen III <IMAGE> durch Umsetzung von I mit bestimmten Ameisensäurederivaten als C1-Bausteinen. I und III sind Zwischenprodukte für die Synthese von Arzneimitteln.
