MIGRATION PLATE HOLDER FITTED WITH BUFFER TANK

PURPOSE:To obtain subject holder capable of uniformizing temp. distribution over the whole of a migration plate and integrating a buffer tank, the migration plate and the holder in an extremely easy manner. CONSTITUTION:A migration plate holder 30 consists of first and second members 32, 34 for holding a migration plate 7 and the first member 32 has the space 38 for a lower buffer tank having height almost same to that of the migration plate 7 and the space 36 for the upper buffer tank adjacent to the space 38 for the lower buffer tank and opposed to one surface of the migration plate 7. Separate electrode means are respectively connected to the space 38 for the lower buffer tank and the space 36 for the upper buffer tank. The second member 34 is a flat plate-shaped member having at least one fluorescence taking-out opening part and the first and second members 32, 34 have engaging means 60 for holding the migration plate 7 between the first and second members 32, 34.
