CONSTITUTION:A supplied hot water flow rate detector 36 for the flow rate (q) of the supplied hot water to a bath tub 20 and supplied hot water temperature sensor 33 for the supplied hot water temperature Tq, filled hot water volume setting device 25 for the bath tub 20 and filled hot water temperature setting device 26 for the filled hot water set temperature Ts, filled hot water temperature sensor 40 for the water halling temperature TB for stirred bath tub hot water, supplied hot water calorific value calculator 45 that calculates the calorific value of the supplied hot water filling the bath tub 20 by the formula, P=TqXintegral qdt are provided.
