PURPOSE:To prevent washing power from decreasing and bubble from overflow ing a machine and to improve an effect for removing caustic soln. CONSTITUTION:A dirty bottle 1a is fed in a bottle washing machine main body 3 by means of a bottle feeding apparatus 2 and it is supported by means of an endless carrier and is guided to a preliminary washing part 5 located on the inletmost side and large foreign matters adhered on the surface are washed off and then, it is guided into each caustic bath 6 (which is ordinarily controlled at about 70 deg.C) and it is immersed into a caustic soln. to swell the foreign matters adhered on the bottle 1b and then, it is introduced into a hot water washing part 17, wherein hot water at the above described temp. is circulated in a course or a hot water tank 21 a valve 11 a pump 10 nozzles provided on the upper and lower parts in the hot water washing part 17 the hot water tank 21 and the outside and the inside of the bottle 1b are washed with the hot water ejected from the nozzles. Then, it is guided into a warm water bath 8 and it is immersed in warm water to wash off a cleaning agent and then, it is guided into a rinsing part 9 and it is rinsed with a clean water. Then, the bottle 1c cleaned through each process is discharged out of the bottle washing machine main body 3 from a bottle discharging apparatus 4. |
