PURPOSE:To provide the title insulating film showing good moldability even when pressure at the time of lamination is lowered and capable of producing a printed wiring board of high quality by a simplified manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film is constituted by laminating a resin layer 2 based on an epoxy resin and epoxidized natural rubber to a polyethylene terephthalate plate 1. The viscosity of the resin layer 2 at the time of lamination is 1X10<2>-9X10<4> poises.
