PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a frame of a display device screen at a low cost, where an outward appearance of luster finish can enhance the external appearance, and to provide a frame manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The frame is formed of a transparent resin, an adhesive is coated to at least part of a rear side of the formed frame, colored particle chips are scattered distributingly on it to apply painting on the part in the method for manufacturing the frame of the display device screen with a decorative outward appearance. The frame of the display device screen consists of an outer body, made of the transparent resin material and whose surface is exposed to the outer face of the frame, an adhesive layer formed at least to part of the rear side of the outer body, many colored or luster particle chips arranged distributingly to the adhesive layer, and a coating layer formed to the rear side of the adhesive layer. Luster is provided to the front side with the transparent resin configuring the outer body, and the particle chips placed distributingly and the coating layer formed on the rear side provide the decorative appearance.
