PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in cable cost and cable laying cost, and to reduce space for laying cables, in the case where low-voltage power cables and optical cables are laid indoors. SOLUTION: The three low-voltage power lines 10, which are composed by applying insulating covering of a thermoplastic resin to electrical conductors, are twisted concentrically, where an optical unit 26, which is composed by applying a resin covering to an assembly of optical fiber core lines, is twisted with the same pitch as that of the low-voltage power lines 10 in a recessed part between the adjacent low-voltage power lines 10. A composite cable applied a sheathe 16, composed of a thermoplastic resin, is used on an outer periphery thereof. A twist pitch is set at 10 to 30 times inclusive of a layer core diameter of the low-voltage power lines 10. The thermoplastic resin, having a Young's modulus of 98 N/mm2 or higher, is used as the resin which covers the optical unit 26.
