VISION APPARATUS FOR VIBRATION FEEDER

PURPOSE:To enable the separating of a product to be transferred from a transfer path of a vibration feeder accurately for photographing by controlling the timing of the photography with a camera so that the product to be transferred can be taken being lifted slightly from the transfer path. CONSTITUTION:Information on vibration waves of a part feeder 1 as obtained with a laser displacement meter 5 and information on the existence of a product to be transferred as obtained with a sensor 6 are inputted into a camera controller 7 and a functioning operation of the device 7 is controlled to release the shutter of the camera 4 while a transfer of a signal to an image processor 8 is operated. Image elements of the camera 4 are scanned with the device 7 by a scan signal of vertical/horizontal ratio of 1:1 in both directions-vertically and horizontally and an image signal is inputted and an image signal obtained is turned to a specified series digital signal to be inputted into an image processor 8. With the device 8, the image signal inputted is compared with image information recorded previously into a memory of the device 8 to judge. From the results, a specified signal is outputted to a mechanism section which executes a corresponding processing.
