PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a gap by giving a distortion corresponding to a gap generated by a thermal contraction difference to a coil beforehand, when the installing bolt of a holding cover is fastened. CONSTITUTION:A distortion of the amount more than the amount corresponding to a gap g generated by a thermal contraction difference is given to a bolt 5 for fastening a holding cover 4, at the assembling time at a normal temperature. When the bolt 5 assembled in such a way is cooled, a contraction of the amount to offset the gap g by a thermal contraction difference of a coil 1 is generated to the bolt 5, and the coil 1 can be set to the space of a holding shelf 3, generating no gap. |
