PURPOSE:To reduce gas pressure of an operation chamber by nonreturn-sealing a large diameter section of a rod by a movable lip by pressing with a return spring usually and opening the movable lip by pressing a small diameter section of rod with a piston of a stay damper immediately before door is closed. CONSTITUTION:Diameter of a rod 4 is formed in two steps, large and small steps. Usually, a nonreturn seal device is ON because a large diameter section 8 of the rod 4 is pushed by a return spring 3 and embraced by a tip 7 of a movable lip 6. Whenever door is closed, immediately before door is closed, a tip 11 of a piston rod 10 of a stay damper pushes a small diameter section 9 of the protruding rod 4 to open the movable lip 8, make gas pressure in both of an operation chamber 21 and a pressure storage chamber 22 equal, and prepare the condition where gas is sealed initially. Consequently, when door is opened fully, gas pressure in the operation chamber 21 immediately before door is closed becomes gas pressure obtained at outside air temperature of about 40 deg.C at all times to make it easy to close door from extended position even in midsummer. |
