PURPOSE:To constitute the title method so that a skin material superior in quality can be obtained easily even from a material having high melt viscosity like polypropylene elastomer, by a method wherein when a material molten body film is formed on a mold face of an electroformed mold by a slush molding method, an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the electroformed mold. CONSTITUTION:Transmitting of an ultrasonic wave can be used as a device applying an ultrasonic vibration to an electroformed mold. A fitting place may be the rear of the electroformed mold and in the case where the electroformed mold is immersed into an oil bath, it may be an outer wall of the oil bath. Flowability of a material molten body is increased by a thixotropic properties and a molten film is formed uniformly on the whole of a mold face by applying the ultrasonic vibration to the electroformed mold. |
