immersing a wadding of cotton, wool or polyester into ceramic sol, obtained by mixing silicone alkoxide 1-20 wt.%, silane coupling agent 0.5-2 wt.%, zirconium alkoxide 0.5-10 wt.%, colloidal silica 5-50 wt.%, alcohol 16-92.8 wt.%, 0.1-1 wt.% of one selected from copper sulfate, silver nitrate, or cupric oxide, and 0.1-1 wt.% of one selected from chloric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid; extracting liquid from the treated wadding; drying at temp. of 40-80 deg.C and beating. The product of the method features excellent antibacterial property, deodorizing property and heat- retention.
