PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hung ceiling structure which increases the degree-of- freedom in arrangement of equipment by decommissioning a conventional catwalk and enlarging a substantially available extent in a space between an upper-story floor slab or a steel beam and a substrate structure to which ceiling panels for interior finishing are attached, to thereby ensure the airtightness in a room without using a sealing material. SOLUTION: A plurality of substrate frame units 13 which are assembled beforehand to cover a predetermined area, are arranged with predetermined intervals therebetween and hung by means of hangers 15 which are attached to the upper-story slab or the steel beam of a building structure. Then, furring strips are arranged at the interval between the adjacent substrate frame units 13 and connected to the same. In this manner, a substrate structure 11 is formed. Then, an airtight sheet 23 is stuck to an indoor-side surface of the substrate structure 11, and then the plurality of ceiling panels 12 for interior finishing are attached to the sheet 23, to thereby obtain the hung ceiling. |
