PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique with which the venue and date and hour of a conference are decided without being adjusted by a conference sponsor. SOLUTION: In a schedule management system that adjusts the schedules of all prospective conference participants and decides conference venue and date and hour, at least one participant among all of the prospective conference participants transmits a candidate for conference venue and date and hour convenient to himself/herself to a server device by using a client device, the other prospective conference participants transmit whether or not the transmitted candidate is convenient to themselves to the server device or transmit a new candidate that is convenient to themselves to the server device when the transmitted candidate is not convenient, and the server device decides the venue and the date and hour for the conference by adjusting the conference venue and date and hour on the basis of the respective candidates transmitted from the respective prospective conference participants. |
