SOLUTION: An information distributing device 20 is provide with a transmitting means 21 for transmitting attribute information including the output condition of presented information and the presented information, and personal terminal equipment 10 is provided with a receiving means 11, a recording means 14, a control means 15 for judging whether or not the presented information should be outputted based on the attribute information, and a display means (information outputting means) 12.
