Antiskid device for vehicle wheels comprised of a plate-crown (1) adaptable laterally and externally to the wheel (4) and fixed to said wheel by means of its proper bolts (5) the plate-crown (1) being provided with arms (2) which emerge symetrically to the periphery thereof with their respective heads forming the two axes of articulation of said heads, the arms being extended laterally with respect to the wheel and a termination or foot (6) which grips transversaly the treading area of said wheel (4) while its external face or contact face with the ground presents grooves (7) or similar surface indentations which contribute to the adherence of the tyre to the ground, the device being provided with dampers such as bushings (8) provided with springs (9) of the fork type or the like and which, by receiving therethrough the arm head, allow all the oscillating motions that the arm may have during the rolling of the wheel (4), returning it at any time to its original position. |
