PURPOSE:To obtain a packaging cushion easy to break upon incineration and difficult to break upon packaging. CONSTITUTION:A packaging cushion 13 having the outer surface of an object 12 set into contact therewith for its packaging is provided with the groove parts 16 so formed as to leave thin-walled parts 17 in the oblique directions relative to the cushion surface in contact with the object 12. In this way the cushion can be split into pieces by the thin-walled parts 17 upon incineration. When a pressing action is directed against the cushion from above upon packaging, its vertical load F creates a component force by the horizontal load Fa and the oblique load Fb applied along the oblique thin-walled part 17 to make difficult the starting of breakage at the thin-walled parts 17. |
