PURPOSE:To automatically correct and delete learning due to an erroneous behavior by providing this device with a learning table, an updating means and a learning control means. CONSTITUTION:When behavior for correcting learning information stored in the learning table 17 is generated in the document preparing device provided with a learning function, a learning processing part 16 updates the correction frequency information of the behavior by an updating means and when the correction frequency information reaches a prescribed value, the learning information is corrected and deleted from the table 17. Thereby when already learned contents are corrected by the prescribed number of times, the contents of the learning can be automatically corrected and deleted. Thus, a trouble such as the increment of conversion word candidates due to error learning can be prevented and the efficiency of document formation is sharply improved. |
