PURPOSE:To suppress a voltage drop to the minimum by providing a first and a second transistor, each of which is connected through a resistor, and by controlling a second control electrode by a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:One non-control electrode of a first transistor 10 is connected to one output terminal of a power supply circuit 1 and a control electrode of the transistor 10 is connected to one non-control electrode of a second transistor 11 through a resistor R10. The other non-control electrode of the second transistor 11 and the other output terminal of the power supply circuit 1 are grounded and the other non-control electrode of the first transistor 10 is connected to a power supply circuit 15 of an uncontroller 12 through a coil 13. The control is conducted by a control circuit 8 of the second transistor 11. By this method, a voltage drop can be held down to the minimum even if a large current flows in a power line. |
