PURPOSE:To easily connect between a charging terminal and a printed circuit board and to reduce the assembling man-hour by inserting one end of a terminal connection plate between a case and a contact face of an external charge terminal mounted to the case and tightening the other end with the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A head 3a of an external charging terminal 3 is fitted to a recessed part 1b of a case 1 and a U-shaped hole side terminal of a terminal connection plate 4 is inserted between a contact face 3e of a large diameter part 3d to be projected and an inner face of the case 1. A contact piece with a slope face 4c formed thereto is formed to the U-shaped side end, and when a tip of the connection plate 4 is inserted, the slope face 4c is in press contact with the contact face 3e of the large diameter part 3d to increase the gap between the faces against the elasticity of an O ring 2 thereby facilitating the insertion of the connection plate 4. When the insertion is finished, the printed circuit board 5 and the connection plate 4 are tightened together by using a machine screw 6 thereby pressing the upper face of the connection plate 4 and the connection face 5a of the printed circuit board 5 into contact with each other. Thus, the connection between the external charge terminal and the printed circuit board is facilitated and the assembling man-hour is reduced.
