PURPOSE:To make it easier to listen to signals such as voice sound even if remaining noise in remainder is maldistributed to a specific frequency range so as to prevent erroneous recognition when used in a speech recognizing device. CONSTITUTION:Related to the main input received by a microphone 12, signal content s from a signal source 11 is mingled with noise content na from a noise source 13. A microphone 14 receives noise content nb from the noise source 13. The output y similar to the noise content na is obtained by using an adaptive filter 16. This is subtracted from the main input to obtain remainder e similar to the signal content s. The remainder e is superimposed with white color-like random noise from a random noise generator 19 to mask the remaining noise in the remainder e. |
