The apparatus switches on the lamp according to the object position within a distance, and generates an alarm sound on danger by equipping object sensors on the front or rear part of the automobile so as to avoid an automobile collision. The apparatus comprises first/second clock generators (10,11) generating reference pulses for sensing distance and frequency; a first counter (12) synchronizing with the reference pulse from the second clock generator (11) to control the pulse generation; the other counters (14,15,16) generating reference signals; a transmitter (13) generating the sensed signal through a supersonic sensor (5); a receiver (17) receiving the signal from the transmitter (13) through another supersonic sensor (1) and connecting with a filter (18), an amplifier (19) and a signal wave converter (20).
