MANUFACTURE OF SOLID SECONDARY BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve a discharge property, a self-discharge property while allowing a long life by performing high-temperature heating under low pressure followed by lowering a temperature to make high pressure at the time of manufacturing a battery by integrating prescribed layers by heating. CONSTITUTION:A battery is formed by placing an electrolytic layer of an electrolyte and a binder in the center and arranging a positive electrode layer and a negative electrode layer mainly composed of an electrode material and the binder on both sides thereof respectively to integrate them by heating. At the time of this heating, first high temperature heating is performed under low pressure followed by making high pressure while lowering the temperature to integrate them, and the electrodes and the electrolytic layer are firmly stuck together so as to suppress expansion to be generated at the time of charging and discharging and reduce increase of the inner resistance during charge and discharge while heightening a discharge property and a self-discharge characteristic for manufacturing a solid secondary battery having an extended life.
