PURPOSE:To automatically generate customer's information to be used by an application program to be applied to a document by using previously defined document structure information. CONSTITUTION:A document structure information input part 20 inputs document structure information, a document structure information managing part 21 manages the document structure information, a document structure information comparing part 22 compares the inputted document structure information with that managed by the managing part 21, and an additional information managing part 26 manages additional information added to customer's information. A document structure information analyzing part 23 analyzes the inputted document structure information, a formation rule managing part 24 manages a formation rule from the document structure information, a document structure information converting part 25 converts the analytical result of the analyzing part 23 into customer's information by means of the formation rule, and an additional information adding means 27 extracts the additional information from the managing part 26 and adds the extracted information to the customer's information converted by the converting part 25. |
