PURPOSE:To reduce a memory capacity compared with the memory capacity of two sheets and to greatly increase the speed of operation compared with the speed at the time of plotting and outputting one page by superimposing partially the plotting screen and the outputting screen and start plotting of the next page after end of outputting the superimposed part repeatedly in the page plotting device which performs plotting in a page unit and outputs it. CONSTITUTION:Screens A and B, on which a part to be plotted with characters, etc., in a page unit is partially superimposed, are provided in a memory 3. The plotting starts from the superimposed part of the screen A first. When the plotting is completed, an outputting starts from the superimposed part of the screen A. When the outputting of the superimposed part is completed, the plotting is started from the superimposed part of the screen B first repeatedly for the next page to perform plotting and outputting. |
