摘要 PURPOSE:To constitute a control system at a low cost by operating the output signal of an encoder and the current command value from a controller by analog arithmetic circuit into current command values to respective phases of a pulse motor and to obtain a high servo rigidity by continuous-value control without being restricted by sampling frequency and potential resolution. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor has a stator 11 and movable element 12 and an encoder 22 is mounted on the stator 11. The encoder 22 detects the irregularities of pole teeth of the movable element 12 and outputs two potentional signals eA, eB delayed in phase, and an analog arithmetic circuit 24 computes current command values I'A, I'B from the positional signals eA, eB from the encoder 22 and from the command values IA, IB from a controller 25. Current amplifiers 26a, 26b supplies a current to respective phase coils 19 with A-phase (first phase, third phase) and B-phase (second phase, fourth phase) according to the signal levels of the current command values I'A, I'B from the analog arithmetic circuit 24 to drive the pulse motor.
