This is of the type comprising a box (1) in which a conducting element (5, 6, 9, 10) is partly housed, provided with two flat connection tags (5, 6) the free ends (7) of which are situated out of the box, the said connection tags being linked to the inside of the box by a flat fusible part (8) on at least one face of which, and substantially at the centre, a drop of metal (13) is deposited with a predetermined contact surface area, and it is characterised in that the fusible part comprises a central calibrating area (9) of width (11) smaller than the width (12) of the adjacent lateral areas (21) for linking with the connection tags, the contact surface area (31) of the said drop (13) being at least greater than half of the surface area of the calibrating area (9).
