PURPOSE:To offer a solar cell provided with a rear electrode having an anticorrosion property to be formed containing an aluminum alloy without bringing about lowering of reflectivity of the rear electrode. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell is provided with a rear electrode 30 to be formed including an electrode layer 1 consisting of an aluminum alloy wherein element such as nickel(Ni), titanium(Ti) or tantalum(Ta) are typically added in order to suppress corrosion of the electrode surface due to an extremely small amount of water and electrolyte invading into the interface between a semiconductor substrate 10 and the rear electrode 30. |
